We had a wonderful experience at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and in a great location right by the beach. The service really stood out during our stay. A special thank you to David and Rica at the Front Desk for being so welcoming, helpful, and professional. Also, a big shoutout to Jhonsander from Valet for the excellent service and friendly attitude. Everyone made us feel welcome and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fort Lauderdale!

We spent 5 days down in florida and really enjoyed ourselves. The location of this hotel is perfect with a beautiful beach view in some rooms and lots of places to eat and shop! Shanique is a wonderful bartender at the pool bar. She took very good care of us and was so kind. She’s quick and on top of things, running the bar very effectively. Pedro at the pool got us our towels and we spent some time talking to him. He brings a very good energy and vibe to the pool. All the staff have been very helpful and accommodating! The rooms themselves were okay. When we first arrived we noticed that the floor was gritty and dirty in our room. Over our stay, this never changed despite cleaning staff coming in to clean our room each day. They also just made the beds with whatever was on them, so my daughter though her beach bag had gone missing one of the days cause it was folded up in the comforter. The cleaning staff also only leave 1 extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and in a room of three girls, that is NOT enough.

David at the front desk was awesome! He was very accommodating with our room selection. We go to this location of Fort Lauderdale Westin about once a year for a weekend getaway. Great location. Walking distance to the action, far enough to relaxation.. Staff are really nice and helpful. Overall I enjoyed this location.
